After Hours Emergency Guidelines
Below are examples of situations that might be considered “AN EMERGENCY” and will be acted upon immediately.
- FIRE ALARM SOUNDING: (if just beeping change the battery) If there is smoke in the building or in your unit call 911 first, then contact your site manager or 920-371-0024.
- CARBON MONOXIDE ALARM SOUNDING: (If just beeping change the battery)
- WATER LEAK/FLOOD: that which cannot be contained with a bucket until normal business hours. First turn off the water shut off valve, then contact your site manager. If it is a toilet please see our question and answer list located within “plumbing”.
- NO HEAT: or heat under 65 degrees
Our normal business hours are M-TH (8-5) F (8-3). If there is an emergency after these hours, please contact the property manager or 920-371-0024.
